The most modern of plants are used to manufacture BOLTA’s technical profiles. Graphimetric weighing of the material, synchronously controlled extruders and follow-up plants as well as servo-operated manufacturing plants form the backbone of our production

We produce profiles on over 30 extrusion lines, including those for the construction, automobile and furniture industry, for manufacturers of “white goods”, shelf and chilled distribution depot construction, lamps and lights as well as for the façade and window industry.

 The factory’s own mixing, construction and development department and our tool or fixture construction means that we have a flexible response to market requirements and customisation. Profiles with aluminium and steel strip inserts, grained, imprinted and hot embossed surfaces, co and tri-extrusion right through to a complete “in line” solution (drilling, milling, punching in the extrusion line) are all included in what we produce.
